A Tradition of Quality

For over 50 years, the Erber Family in Ismaning has provided Bavarian hospitality and regional culinary enjoyment. In the third generation, brothers Stefan and Thomas Erber manage Hotel Erber and Restaurant Erber in Fischerhäuser, an idyllic district of Ismaning, not far from Munich, Germany. This is where the chef still personally does the cooking. As a professionally trained and certified head chef, Thomas Erber caters to the culinary desires of his guests, while Stefan Erber ensures the tip-top service of the restaurant.

In the adjoining hotel, guests arrive to comfortable rooms and natural surroundings for unwinding or being active, as the case may be. And at the centrally located Bed&Breakfast Hotel Erber, business travelers have the opportunity to relax and recharge their batteries in a quiet but centrally located setting.

You can expect to find regional specialities, a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and attentive staff for whom the guest has always been king in all establishments of the Erber Family.
